Day 6

Breakfast
2 pieces of toast w/ peanut-butter and banana
Tea

Lunch
Rice and beans bowl
Lettuce, tomato, salsa, cheddar cheese

Snack
Hot chocolate
carrots

Snack 2
2 brown sugar pop-tarts

Dinner
Shrimp po' boy (w/lettuce and tomato)
French fries
Diet coke
Water
Coffee w/cream (2 cups)

Bar with Lindsey and Jimmy--Stella and Cosmo (yummy!)

Walked to and from campus in snow/35 minutes on elliptical

Fruit/veg--3.5? Not great....
But it was such an awesome day!
