Overall, pretty good. I ate a lot of veggies yesterday, so it balances out. And I just need to go the gym/yoga once more this week and do Wii fit on Saturday, and my fitness goals are met.
Update: Had a snack. Wheat Thins/bottle of water
I should have probably come upstairs and grabbed a piece of fruit but out of the decisions I could have made, not a terrible one.
