Day 1

My sister is getting married in May. My brother is getting married in July. They are both having destination weddings, and I want to look hot in a bikini. Therefore I've decided to start a blog of my exercise/food intake to try to lose some pounds. I realize this may be eating disorder behavior, but I'll try to keep it sane.

Day 1
Breakfast
Bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch with 1% milk
Cup of English Breakfast Tea

Snack
Cup of mint tea

Lunch
Salad-lettuce, corn, tuna, Cheddar cheese, Italian dressing
Orange
Water

Snack
Bag of 100 calorie popcorn

Dinner
Baked potato w/ tuna, corn, and mayo

Yoga with Kurt/Water bottle

Servings of fruit/veg
1 potato-2?
Corn-2
Lettuce-2
Orange-1
Raisins-.5
Total 7.5 (Maybe??)

Ok, first off, I'm clearly not drinking enough water. My goal for tomorrow will be to get some more H2O.

Update: I got a snack after yoga. Pinkberry froyo with strawberries and blueberries and some hot chocolate when I got home. Not perfect, but pretty decent.
